Job summary

Terra Dygital Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Support Specialist to deliver high-quality client support in English and Spanish. You will troubleshoot issues across Microsoft applications and operating systems, assist onboarding, and help maintain service levels within a busy MSP environment.

You will collaborate with team leads and the Managed Services Director to resolve incidents, document solutions, and guide junior staff. A strong customer service mindset and adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• MSP experience and Microsoft 365 skills required or strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues across Windows environments and cloud services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in English and Spanish.
• Support Microsoft core business apps and operating systems.
• Assist onboarding and training for new clients.
• Review metrics to ensure service standards (CSAT, response time, ticket closures).
• Provide remote access support and network-related services.
