The role focuses on managing change requests in ServiceNow, documenting project plans, and driving migration initiatives from On-Prem to Cloud while ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English, oral and written.
• Experience supporting deliverables for Quebec City based stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate with diverse teams and sponsors.
• Strong communication and proactive issue reporting throughout project tasks.
• Experience with migrations from On-Prem to Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities
