Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales or account management experience in credit reporting or related industries.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce.com experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with strategic financial institution clients across Quebec.
• Defend and grow revenue through day-to-day sales to an assigned client portfolio.
• Collaborate with a senior sales executive on accounts with high growth potential to win new opportunities.
• Coordinate renewals, implementations, service enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Prepare client meetings, business reviews, and bilingual communications.
