Qualifications

• Experience using Confluence for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the data migration exercise for the Product implementation.
• Perform QA and validation of migrated data, ensuring ~98%+ accuracy.
• Execute and document testing of data access and data integrity.
• Validate existing data mappings and identify discrepancies or gaps.
• Document findings, test results, and validation steps in Confluence.
• Support the release and deployment of products across Quebec.
• Assist with refining rollout processes based on QA findings and feedback.
• Provide onsite support during rollout phases as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth deployment.
