Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a bilingual project coordinator based in Montreal to support Quebec City stakeholders. You will coordinate with project teams, ensure clear communication, and manage change requests within ServiceNow while guiding on-premise to cloud migrations.

You will collaborate with business users, vendors, and sponsors to keep projects on track, emphasize timely delivery, and bring strong bilingual communication to a dynamic technology environment in Quebec.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in French and English required.
• Experience supporting deliverables for Quebec City based stakeholders.
• Cultural experience of Quebec is preferred.
• Locally based in Quebec City.
• Must be bilingual French/English and able to communicate with diverse teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project technical team, business users, application delivery, vendors and sponsors; ensure clear communication.
• Manage change requests and changes in ServiceNow.
• Support migration from On-Prem to Cloud and related catalogue requests.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and risk plans; report issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and drive clarity in tasks.

• Must speak and write fluent in both languages. Work collaboratively with the technical co-workers to review and validate the intended approach to the project tasks
• Work with team members to address and report project issues in a proactive manner
• Ensure that work assignments are clearly communicated and a strong drive to bring clarity
• Follow up meetings with respective line of business, application delivery and project team.
• Change request management (open /submit all necessary change controls and tasks) in ServiceNow
• Drive the migration Change implementation plan during change execution. Validate tasks assigned are acknowledged by the signee. Have good communication skills
• In addition You must carry out both technical and administrative tasks/services to ensure functionality and efficiency of our IT landscape and projects (i.e. infrastructure, Migration from On-Prem to Cloud, Change Requests, ad-hoc catalogue requests and champion processimprovements).
• You will execute various coordinating tasks/services, like schedule and riskmanagement, maintaining and validating project documentation, monitoring project and implementation plans, schedules, participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner.
• To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time managementand communication s kills, be critical a thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail.
