Ultreia Tech is seeking a bilingual IT Business Analyst to help business units assess and structure IT needs and translate findings into a prioritized improvement plan. This role sits upstream of projects, focusing on what units aim to achieve and how IT services support them.

You'll map processes, identify gaps and risks, and build an improvement roadmap with clear project priorities to maximize value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or IT service assessment.
• Experience building an improvement plan from findings.
• Structured, analytical approach with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to turn findings into clear priorities with stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Assess how IT services support business unit objectives.
• Rate IT service effectiveness for each unit to identify gaps or needs for improvement.
• Visually map processes and document current ways of working.
• Identify gaps, pain points, inefficiencies and their operational impact.
• Build an improvement roadmap and structure the projects needed to deliver it.
• Assess impacts and prioritize IT initiatives based on their value to each business unit.
