You will analyze technology environments, document architectures, and map processes to support smooth transitions to the target operating model.

The role requires 5–10 years in IT or business analysis, and a strong bilingual capability in French and English to collaborate with cross-border partners.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT analysis or business analysis.
• Strong bilingual communication in French and English.
• Ability to map, simplify, and standardize processes.
• Experience with IT contracts and vendor assessments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subsidiary technology environments against corporate IT standards.
• Document architectures and workflows; assess migration impacts.
• Map current IT processes and develop transition plans to target model.
• Gather business requirements and produce functional documentation.
• Analyze IT contracts and support technology purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners.
• Contribute to risk identification, governance, and monitoring of integrations.
