Job summary

Epic Health Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Business and System Analyst (Level I) to join our Enterprise Delivery Office in Ontario, Canada. You will elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements for low-to-medium complexity initiatives, and facilitate workshops with support from senior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst (or equivalent).
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/financial services an asset).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) preferred; minimum B2 in English.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and process modelling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements for low-to-medium complexity initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Interface between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Produce BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Business Rules.
• Support review/validation of designs against requirements and business rules.
