Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr.Translator/Revisor-OTTIAQ. This position involves supporting key projects within a structured banking environment, focusing on translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring quality deliverables. Pay rate range (CAD): $64.33/hr – $77.20/hr

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for various projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity.
• Support process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Skill-Set

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solutions design.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Familiarity with translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality deliverables.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of translation tools such as FlowFit and memoQ.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.
• Prior experience in compliance or legal applications within banking.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
