Careermine is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the Business Applications team in planning, design, development, and support of core business systems. You will gather data, define requirements, and build integrations and reports to enable informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, risk management, and maintaining configurations across multiple environments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, or MIS.
• 3+ years' experience deploying and supporting software systems in a global environment.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and cloud/integration tools preferred (OIC).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements for systems
• Collaborate with decision-makers, system owners and end users to define goals
• Plan, design, and deploy new applications or enhancements to existing ones
• Prepare and deliver reports and analytics to support decisions
• Configure and maintain applications across environments and manage security roles
• Support risk management and ensure compliance across systems
