OTIP Group of Companies (OTIP, Orbit, Curo) in Montreal is seeking a driven insurance professional to manage inbound inquiries, quote requests, and coverage expansions. You will assess customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate quotes, while driving referrals and building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and time management, with familiarity in Epic, Applied Rating Services, and company portals.

Formación

• AMF license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines, automobile & property insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and customer issue handling abilities.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Epic, Applied Rating Services and company portals is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English and French, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking quotes or coverage expansions.
• Uncover customer needs, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and provide accurate quotes.
• Introduce new products and services and explain coverage options.
• Ask for referrals to grow the sales pipeline and foster relationships.
• Maintain customer documentation and process account changes in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and market changes.
