Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd., a North American leader in specialty hardware, is seeking a permanent full-time Industrial Sales Representative for the Greater Quebec City area, Bas-Saint-Laurent and surrounding regions. You will develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will travel regularly within the territory, promote growth, respond to inquiries, and prepare tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• DEC or relevant professional experience required.
• 3–5 years in a similar sales role.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales growth and business development.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products and services.
• Prepare information packages and supporting sales materials.
• Coordinate and conduct presentations for prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and prepare tailored service and product proposals.
• Monitor sales performance and track objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date customer, prospect, and sales opportunity records.
• Contribute to sales development strategy improvements.
• Communicate product updates, price changes, and enhancements to customers.
