Join a dynamic new department at Richelieu. We are seeking an outgoing, sales-driven team member to fill a permanent, full-time position as an Inside Sales Representative – Vancouver Whitehorse Richmond office.

Your role will be to deliver an exceptional purchasing experience to our customers for all their MRO needs. As an integral part of the MRO team, you will be responsible for increasing sales within the product portfolio by making outbound calls, following up on marketing campaigns, and responding to customer calls and emails. As a fully trained product expert, you will recommend the appropriate product based on application and priority. Order processing, follow-ups, and quote tracking are also key responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative:
