Job summary

TMX Group is seeking an HR internship in Montreal to support Talent Acquisition activities in a hybrid role (1-2 days in-office). You will assist with candidate outreach, screening, and onboarding coordination while collaborating with HR Leaders on employer branding initiatives.

The role emphasizes learning through hands-on tasks in recruitment operations, reporting, and cross-functional HR collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training & Development or related area.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Passionate about candidate experience and contributing to Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment-related administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to screen and initiate contact with applicants.
• Use Workday to move candidates through the recruitment process.
• Generate recruitment reports with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Support HR teams (Learning & Development, HRBP, Employee Communications) during the internship.
