Job summary

Brand Momentum in Mississauga, ON is seeking a high-volume Bilingual Recruiter to drive national recruitment initiatives. You will own sourcing, pre-screening, and coordinating interviews, working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure smooth hiring across Canada.

Fluency in English and French, at least 2 years in high-volume hiring, and strong ATS expertise are required. This hybrid role supports 3 days at home with our office-based team and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably national scope.
• Fluency in English & French is mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent nationwide.
• Proactively source and pre-screen a high volume of candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and schedule follow-ups with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Leverage social media platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain and utilize ATS to manage recruitment workflow efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
