Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter to support client hiring managers and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves collaborating with Sourcing and Administration teams, delivering quality candidate shortlists, and ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met in a hybrid Toronto setting.

The successful candidate will have strong French language skills, extensive corporate recruitment experience, and proficiency with Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is required.
• Extensive corporate recruitment experience, covering roles from entry to director levels.
• Experience meeting demanding targets in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday as ATS, including candidate management, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing across various roles and seniorities.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong sourcing expertise including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and direct sourcing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to influence decisions.
• Proficiency with recruitment technology, databases, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
• Experience collaborating with remote and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a top-notch candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies using channels like LinkedIn and social media and influence hiring outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with complete information and clear recommendations.
• Share candidate feedback and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
• Track progress and data in relevant systems.
