Our client is hiring an HR Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for the HR Professional that can champion advice, guidance and support for managers and employees on policy, procedure, legislation, culture and workplace practices. The right person will be able to take the lead on HR, employee relations, policy and procedures, project and initiatives, recruitment, onboarding and terminations. You'll be someone who can write policy, manage procedure and compliance but also who can adjust with the fluidity that is HR and the people you work with. You'll be excited by building culture and engagement, have the warm personal approach that makes people want to trust and come to you as well as be able to stand your ground when the situation warrants. The ideal candidate Post secondary Education in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or similar. Progressive Experience in the HR space having worked in the Generalist, Advisor and/or Managerial roles. Have previous experience in the full employee lifecycle, supporting and leading Recruitment, Employee Relations, benefits administration. Practical knowledge with employment legislation and HR best practices Fluently bilingual (EN/FR) in writing and in verbal communications. HR designations are an asset.
