Position Overview :
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for our reputable client. This role is responsible for providing HR support across the Canadian region, aligning services with the needs of employees and management within designated business units. They work closely with key teams, including Legal, to ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws, and assist with compensation, total rewards analysis, recommendations, and best practices.
