The role emphasizes bilingual service (English and French), completion of the Quebec AMF Damage Insurance certificate and Ontario OTl license, and collaboration with a cross‑functional RBC team to meet personal and business goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate (AMF) and Ontario General Insurance License.
• Bilingual service (English and French) required for client interactions.
• High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operating hours.
• Digital literacy across devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs via inbound calls.
• Deliver a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to support recommendations.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting home & auto policies.
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients.
• Collaborate with partners to work as one RBC team.
