Job summary

Delpath is seeking a Technical Help Desk Specialist to provide first-line IT support for users, handling software and hardware issues in person, by phone, or remotely. The role starts onsite at 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4 and shifts to a hybrid model with three days on site per week.

Schedule options include 9:30–5:30 or 10:30–6:30, with late rotation coverage every six weeks (12:00–20:00). Must have bilingual English/French proficiency, solid knowledge of operating systems and desktop

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software.
• Experience in a help desk or contact center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware to resolve problems of varying complexity.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns via inbound phone calls.
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify operations and detect errors.
