Job summary

Travelodge Quebec, managed by Tidan LLC, seeks a Receptionist to manage reservations and welcome guests with bilingual service in French and English. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, promote hotel offerings, and respond to inquiries about local attractions.

Reporting to front desk supervisors, you will handle calls, assist guests during their stay, and resolve issues promptly while supporting a positive guest experience at our hotel gateway to Quebec City.

Qualifications

• College degree in hospitality is an asset.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of hotel software such as Hotelo.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations and coordinate arrivals/departures.
• Greet clients and provide information on services and activities.
• Direct incoming calls and handle guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel products and services to guests.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
