Qualifications

• Diploma in hotel front desk operations or equivalent experience.
• One year of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan reservations by email or phone and manage real-time room availability.
• Check guests in/out following hotel procedures.
• Inform guests about services, local attractions, and offerings.
• Coordinate room availability with housekeeping and front desk operations.
• Train colleagues and participate in training sessions.
