Job summary

Securitas Canada is seeking a capable individual to provide after-hours support to Branch Management, Supervisors and Security Guards across the country. You will handle calls, escalate as needed, and help ensure guard health and safety while maintaining accurate data in IMMIX and WFM systems.

The role requires bilingual English/French communication, comfort with computer tools, and a willingness to work in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual English/French required.
• Call center and/or security experience is a plus.
• Good aptitude with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support to Branch Management, Supervisors and Security Guards nationwide.
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via calls with issue resolution escalated to Branches as needed.
• Verify health & safety of guards in the field and respond to alerts.
• Enter data accurately in IMMIX, Outlook and WFM; manage Remote Guarding alarms and scheduling transactions.
• Educate Guards and Managers on national processes and efficiently handle requests.
• Monitor IMMIX CCTV for suspicious activity and complete timely reports.
• Complete daily briefings and write or interpret incident reports.

Job Description:

• Communicate and consult with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues.
• Inbound/Outbound calls to manage inquiries, provide resolutions via escalations to Branch.
• Confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts.
• Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as IMMIX, Outlook and WFM while managing Remote Guarding alarms and security guard scheduling transactions.
• Acquiring a strong understanding of the Department’s National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently actions various requests.
• Monitoring CCTV system in IMMIX for unwanted activity and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion.
• Completing daily briefing, as well as, writing and being able to understand incident reports.

• Individuals with call centre and/or Security experience is preferred along with customer service skills.
• A decent aptitude with computers is an asset.
