Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years in customer or donor care.
• Experience in fundraising or not-for-profit environment preferred.
• Proficient in translating English to French in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Enhance donor experience by providing stewardship and managing retention activities.
• Handle inbound and outbound donor communications in French and English.
• Deliver tax receipting and donor acknowledgments in compliance with CRA regulations.
