Job summary

Premier NX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to respond to consumer inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email from a remote location. The role requires empathy, accuracy, and professional communication across multiple channels.

You will log cases in CRM tools, maintain product knowledge, and comply with SOPs while working a fixed schedule in a high-volume environment. A.ca work authorization is required, and company equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, sensitivity, and excellent service with every consumer interaction.
• Must have work authorization in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, chats, and written inquiries.
• Troubleshoot consumer product issues and provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Handle quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to SOPs.
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Accurately and promptly log all customer and contact information in CRM tools while following compliance standards.
