Alphanumeric Systems Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English/French) for Pharmaceuticals to work remotely supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company.

You will handle inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders, delivering accurate, empathetic responses while adhering to quality and regulatory standards. This role requires strong English and French skills, prior pharma contact center experience, and comfort with Salesforce/Vonage and CRM

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years in pharma/biotech call centers or medical/commercial setting.
• Prior pharma product experience in a call center is preferred.
• Salesforce and Vonage experience is preferred.
• Prior contact center experience is an asset.
• Passion for customer service with strong telephone soft-skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information and triage complex inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Identify adverse events and product quality issues and document them in the CRM.
• Maintain case notes and ensure timely updates in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison for the client.
