Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, process applications, activate cards, update accounts, and provide product information with a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of customer experience.
• Bilingual in English and French with superb verbal communication.
• Active listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work multiple assignments per shift.
• Flexible, conscientious, and able to follow directions.
• Experience in contact center or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service on inbound, outbound, and offline servicing channels.
• Inbound call handling and card-related support.
• Process applications, updates, and product information requests.
• Make outbound calls regarding general service inquiries.
• Stay current on product information to offer expert guidance.
• Identify customer needs and update information in the system.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with escalation as needed.
• Follow PCI compliance standards and code of conduct.
• Achieve quality service and meet performance targets.
• Communicate program details clearly to customers.
