Qualifications

• At least six months of experience.
• Proficient with Apple and Android devices.
• Experience in a call-centre environment is an asset.
• Independent, enthusiastic and communicative.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls with outstanding service.
• Be the first point of telephone contact for customers.
• Answer questions and adjust customer accounts.
• Promote self-service through online tools and apps.
• Send documents or copies of policies to customers.
• Address needs including inquiries and re-enrollments.
