Job summary

Intact is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I to join our Montreal team. Fluency in French and English is required; you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and guide them to self-service options using our online tools and mobile app.

Start date: January 11, 2027. Work location: Montreal office at 2020 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard. Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Six months+ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a call-centre is an asset.
• Strong communication and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls while providing outstanding customer service.
• Answer customers’ questions and make adjustments to their accounts.
• Promote self-service by guiding customers to online or mobile tools.
• Send documents or copies of policies to customers.
