Manulife's Contact Center is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (French & English) to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role delivers outstanding service to policyholders, agents, and partners via inbound calls, email, and chat, with a hybrid work model that blends office collaboration (Tuesday to Thursday) and remote work for the rest of the week.

You will use advanced technology to document interactions, handle high volumes, and resolve issues with empathy.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required due to frequent interactions with customers and employees outside Quebec.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Call center experience will be considered a strong asset, especially within financial services.
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities
