Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; call centre experience is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
• Identify issues, research solutions, and provide clear resolutions or alternatives.
• Upsell Miele products and services where appropriate.
• Document all interactions accurately in the call centre database.
