Qualifications

• Two years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain database lists and CRM records.
• Assist with order processing and invoicing.
• Manage vendor registrations for government accounts.
• Generate renewal quotes and follow up with customers.
• Support accounting with invoices and payment follow-up.
• Handle corporate phone system and call management.
• Communicate with clients; screen, qualify and forward inquiries.
