Job summary

Transoft Solutions Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Customer Success Representative for a 12-month fixed term maternity leave.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Vancouver office. You will manage customer inquiries, support the sales team with clerical and sales tasks, maintain CRM data, and assist with order processing, renewals, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required with strong written and verbal skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience; software sales a plus.
• Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator with strong customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Database lists.
• Manage customer information and sales tasks in the CRM system.
• Assist with Order Processing when needed.
• Manage and maintain vendor registration procedures for province and Municipal Government accounts.
• Generate monthly renewal quotes; Follow up with customers.
• Assist the accounting team with invoices and payment follow-up.
• Manage the corporate phone system in a professional and customer friendly manner; Maintain call management system.
• Manage communication with clients; screen, qualify and forward incoming calls; Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide post-sales customer service and satisfaction support.
