Job summary

Float is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote role based in Quebec. You will lead onboarding and drive long-term value, partnering with customers to enhance adoption and maximize outcomes.

You’ll build deep relationships, define success criteria, and identify expansion opportunities while mitigating risks and ensuring customers realize sustained value from Float’s platform. Travel to Toronto for key meetings may occur.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with customers during Float onboarding and journey.
• Define success criteria and measurable outcomes for initial adoption.
• Identify long-term expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs.
• Ensure customers meet year-one objectives (spend targets, product adoption).
• Serve as a strategic partner post-onboarding to drive engagement, training, and advocacy.
• Monitor customer health signals and usage to address adoption barriers early.
• Identify risks and mitigate in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure ongoing value to prevent churn and support transitions.
