Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas in Ontario (Richmond Hill) is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Sales Level II. Hybrid work model, bilingual English-French required, 1–2 years in customer service, and experience with ERP/SaaS tools is valued.

You will manage complex order requests, ensure timely order entry and updates, and collaborate with divisions to resolve customer inquiries. The role emphasizes KPI attainment and proactive service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant experience dealing with customers.
• Bilingual English-French proficiency required (speaking, reading, writing).
• Post-secondary degree/diploma; experience with Datasweep, Salesforce Service Cloud, Netsuite or SAP is an asset; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely delivery of information to customers or internal staff.
• Maintain daily KPI targets and high-quality, error-free cases.
• Handle Order Entry, Order Confirmations, pricing issues, credits and returns.
• Manage EDI/GHX Order Management and integration order updates.
• Log customer information in service databases and provide timely follow-up.
