The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and tickets, diagnosing issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records, with rotating weekend shifts and a 40-hour work week in a 100% remote Quebec-based team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or dispatch experience.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues, coordinating with vendors when required.
• Manage and prioritize multiple service requests in a high-volume environment.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service schedules, and equipment details.
• Proactively follow up on open tickets and outstanding service requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.
