Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a bilingual Associate Customer Support Technician (French and English) to join our Customer Support Team. This remote role supports customers across the United States, resolving software, hardware, and product questions via phone, chat, and email.

You’ll bring at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft tools. We value problem‑solving, professionalism, and collaboration in a fast‑paced B2B tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication; strong telephone skills.
• Experience using technology and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer phone, email, and chat inquiries about issues or questions related to our software applications.
• Triage and troubleshoot problems with customers to understand and document the nature of such problems
• Focus on problem resolution while providing effective, proficient customer service in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate and elevate issues you are unable to resolve to the proper level/area of customer support when necessary
