Job summary

Embark Student Corp. seeks a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative (French) to strengthen relationships with existing customers and help families maximize education savings goals.

You will conduct plan reviews, discuss grants and contributions, and provide tailored solutions with a customer-first approach. You’ll work with product and marketing teams to ensure proactive outreach, maintain accurate records, and support growth while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in business, finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, customer engagement, or sales.
• Experience with investment, banking, or RESP products is an asset.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience through scheduled appointments, plan reviews, and proactive follow-ups.
• Strengthen customer relationships by building loyalty and trust through knowledgeable, empathetic, and solutions-oriented service.
• Engage in accretive account management activities to increase RESP value and promote grants and transfers.
• Prevent AUM loss through timely outreach and customer education.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and support performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement with growth priorities and brand promise.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals while complying with standards.
