Job summary

Canon Canada is seeking a Representative Customer Experience in Brampton to be the primary contact for onboarding and proactive outreach for new and established accounts. You will monitor milestones, generate health reports, and identify friction points to ensure high-value support while enabling sales to focus on growth.

The role requires bilingual French/English communication, at least 1 year in customer service or advisory work, and basic data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• 1 year of work experience in customer service or advisory role.
• Basic analytical skills to understand customer issues and resolutions.
• Ability to connect data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition from Sales to Service using standardized checklists.
• Conduct milestone reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months to document service levels.
• Monitor lease and parts-life data in CRM for proactive outreach and renewals.
• Generate and share Customer Experience Report Cards for internal teams.
• Serve as main contact for Sales regarding status updates on installations and account health.
• Follow up post-installation with customers via phone and email to verify satisfaction.
• Audit and update account information and business requirements with Sales, Service and Administration.
