The position is a contract, full-time, hybrid in Ottawa, with standard daytime hours from Monday to Friday. You will interact with health professionals and customers, ensuring accurate information and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and French required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers regarding Dynacare services.
• Monitor social media comments and respond per guidelines.
• Assist Health Professionals and patients to ensure requisitions are properly filled.
• Provide support to health professionals and patients on special specifications.
• Monitor and resolve complaints with follow-up.
• Respond to queries by email, phone, live chat, fax, mail, or social media.
• Coordinate distribution of partner/customer updates using preferred delivery methods.
• Provide patient results following provincial policies.
• Capture all customer information for every contact.
• Call all critical results and ensure compliance with phoning instructions.
• Send STAT results as soon as available.
• Fax/call Level 2 Abnormal results when needed.
• Support outbound campaigns and scan results into LIS.
• Process requests from physician offices for calls or faxes.
• Ensure distribution of collection kits nationally.
• File and archive records and manage receipts.
