Medavie, a national health solutions partner, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its federal contact center across Canada. You will provide support to providers and members, solving problems and delivering top-tier service by phone and email.

The role offers Monday to Friday shifts, remote/hybrid options, extensive paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision and dental, a matched pension plan, and an annual incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal required.
• Customer service or health-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Able to multitask across multiple software applications while assisting callers.
