En travaillant avec une clientèle technique, vous assisterez les clients dans la commande et la réception de nos produits par communication téléphonique et courriel. Vous traiterez les commandes, soumissions et demandes générales en utilisant un système AS400 et des applications web, tout en fournissant une assistance de première ligne à notre équipe de ventes externes.

Votre rôle implique la coordination du flux de matériaux entre les partenaires de chaîne d'approvisionnement et de distribution et l'assistance dans l'exécution de projets d'envergure. Ce poste exige de solides compétences en service à la clientèle, une connaissance des principes de pipeline, et la capacité de travailler dans un environnement exigeant à rythme rapide avec une excellente attention aux détails et des compétences organisationnelles.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders on web-based systems and BPCS (AS400)
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Expedite and source product to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal departments and supply chain partners to facilitate customer needs
  • Assist with stock checks, pricing requests, and quotations
  • Support the execution and coordination of large-scale projects
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer relations, preferably with technical products
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task in a demanding environment
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • High emotional intelligence and professional integrity
  • Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office and AS400/BPCS systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic pipeline principles (an asset)
  • University degree or college diploma preferred
Salary

Salary: 50 – 65k
