Qualifications

• Successful completion of CSC, CPH & TTC (Trader Training Course) courses.

Responsibilities

• Respond, investigate and resolve client inquiries via various communication channels.
• Maintain record of requests for follow-up.
• Establish and nurture positive relationship with clients.
