Job summary

FCC in Canada is seeking a finance-savvy professional for our Customer Service Centre on a fixed-term basis. You will help customers and partners with lending solutions, guide decisions, and contribute to credit risk assessments while building strong relationships across Canada.

The role requires a diploma or degree and bilingual English-French, with at least one year in financial services. You’ll handle inquiries by phone or email, process applications, and document interactions in FCC systems;

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in agriculture, business, finance, economics or commerce.
• At least one year of relevant experience in finance or lending.
• Bilingual English and French; strong oral and written communication.
• Strong financial acumen and credit risk analysis.
• Excellent customer service for phone-based interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with financial tools and computer systems.
• Experience in agricultural lending is a plus.
• Knowledge of lending legislation or mortgage processes is a plus.
• FCC product knowledge or credit adjudication is a plus.
• Call centre or high-volume customer environment experience is a plus.
• Calm under collections conversations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by conducting financial and credit analysis and preparing documentation.
• Assist customers and partners by phone/email to understand options and access solutions.
• Support Alliance partners by adjudicating credit applications and addressing lending concerns.
• Execute outbound calls for arrears collection and follow-ups.
• Document all interactions in FCC systems.
• Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement in the Customer Service Centre.
