Job summary

HearCANADA is seeking a Client Care Coordinator for our Orleans clinic, onsite at 1605 Orleans Boulevard, Unit 3B, Orleans, Ontario. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with a starting hourly rate of CAD 21–24 and a bonus program.

You will manage appointments, assist with sales of products and services, handle records, and support local events and marketing efforts to strengthen HearCANADA’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, retail, busy office, or clinic environment.
• Sales mindset with ability to recommend products/services to clients.
• Bilingual English and French required for client interactions.
• Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and clinic goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience for visitors and inquiries at the clinic.
• Manage the clinic schedule: book, reschedule, and send reminders; follow up on missed appointments.
• Make product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey.
• Maintain physical and electronic records and appointment data.
• Address basic hearing aid questions and perform simple maintenance tasks.
• Represent HearCANADA at local events and marketing initiatives within the community.
• Educate patients on billing and payment options and assist with AR duties as assigned.
