HearCANADA in Grand Bend, Ontario, is hiring a Hearing Care Professional for a full-time, 12-18 month contract. Base earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 CAD per year, with an attractive bonus program, benefits, and RRSP matching.

Hours are 8:30 am–4:30 pm local time, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Relevant licensure and experience in dispensing supported. Join a patient-centric team at HearCANADA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist (or other provincial equivalent) or Audiology program.
• Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing.
• Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience.
• Excellent communicator with clients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Support existing and new clients with audiological assessments and hearing evaluations.
• Stay abreast of trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and tech advancements to make meaningful recommendations.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care and post-care solutions.
• Collaborate with clinic team to support walk-in clients and inbound calls.
