Qualifications

Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Claims Nurse (Remote, Canada) to join our client's remote team on a 12‑month contract.

In this role, you will review medical records, assess claims, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high‑quality service. This position offers competitive pay at $35‑$38 per hour, flexible remote work, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare‑focused team.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute claims assessment following written procedures to meet project requirements on time and with high‑quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team leadership to achieve project objectives and proactively communicate any obstacles.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client communications; understand client needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with clients and/or project management teams to ensure accurate information collection from claimants.
  • Draft client‑facing communications based on case requirements and review of legal/medical documentation.
  • Verify data and processing requirements in project databases; ensure corrections are handled accurately and timely.
  • Work with Project Managers and operational departments to enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage complex tasks efficiently while fostering a cooperative team environment.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and organizational requirements for handling confidential client information.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 2‑3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with direct client/customer contact.
  • Experience in oncology, pulmonology, Med‑Surg, ICU/CCU, or thoracic surgery settings.
  • Prior medical‑legal or clinical record review experience is preferred.
  • Must be fully bilingual (French and English fluency).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience drafting written content for program‑related materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience with databases preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
