Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Caseworker to support patient and provider interactions and HR case workflows in a remote Canadian setup. You will handle inquiries via calls and emails, document activities, and maintain accurate case records across HR systems.

The role requires a minimum of one year in customer service, strong communication in English and French, and attention to detail. A background in pharma or healthcare is an asset, with training in Word, Excel and Outlook to support

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails and client requests (employees, managers, candidates, dependents).
• Record inquiries, communicate resolutions and update case records using case management tools.
• Follow up with clients and perform additional research as needed.
• Keep clients informed of progress and resolution of their requests.
• Provide accurate, consistent answers to HR-related questions and policies.
• Handle basic data entry, document verification and transaction approvals.
• Educate associates on intranet, ESS and MSS tools to empower self-service.
