The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in people leadership, deep knowledge of group disability claims, and bilingual proficiency to support clients across provinces, including Quebec.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Group Disability claims, adjudication, and case management practices.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required; Québec incumbents may need both languages.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, and developing employees.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and functional abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Post-secondary education, preferably in a health sciences field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
