PBS is seeking a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Specialist – Training and Implementation to deliver expert training in English and French for our Dealer Management Software. You will conduct virtual sessions and onsite installations across North America, guiding customers through implementation and maximizing success, with strong emphasis on customer service and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1–2 years' experience in a car dealership environment, focused on Fixed Operations.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of PBS software and training processes.
• Independently deliver training sessions within primary silo.
• Provide onsite training for new software installations.
• Support exceptional customer service and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Respond to training requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with process documentation and cross-train where possible.
• Contribute to team learning and performance incentives.

Skills
